Our Associate Member, MABIM experts give presentation on the first Green Talk in 2017.
Real estate development and management works with large numbers of technical and economic data which are often not available or not in a proper form. One can face unclear, contradicting or hard-to-interpret information already in the construction phase which can negatively affect capital expenses, time-frame and the available quality and effectiveness of future facility management.
- How can the situation be more harmonised and clear?
- What is BIM and how can it appear in the construction, real estate development and management sector?
- What benefit can it bring for the players of these sectors and what efforts are required?
- Where does Hungary and the world stand in application of BIM technology?
- Are Hungarian professionals prepared enough? Is there a need for a shift in attitude? If the answer is “no” and “yes” then who has to do what?
- What is MABIM, what was it created for and what role it plays in all this?
